You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where use of the platform is restricted by local law or sanctions.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor authentication device secure. All activity carried out under your login is treated as your own. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Orders are executed against the prices available to the platform at the time of execution. Market volatility, latency and liquidity can cause the executed price to differ from the price shown when the order was placed. Leverage multiplies both gains and losses, and positions may be closed automatically when margin falls below the maintenance level.

Trading fees, spreads, funding and withdrawal charges are shown on the relevant screen before you confirm an action. Fees may change; material changes are announced in advance in the platform notifications.

Deposits are credited once confirmed. Withdrawals are reserved from your available balance at request and are settled to the destination you specify. We may delay or decline a transfer where verification, legal or security checks require it.

Market manipulation, abusive or automated exploitation of pricing errors, use of another person's identity, money laundering and any unlawful activity are prohibited and may lead to account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

The service is provided on an \"as available\" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from market movements, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control.

You may close your account at any time once open positions are settled and balances withdrawn. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where legally possible.

Updated Terms take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance.
